Nice loss of time there. If you pre-order online, they won't bother to read the order to cut what you need to size. Again more lost time. Basically... Don't waste your time with this store. At all. Go to Home Depot (Firestone or Longmont), Ace Hardware, or Budget Home Supply to receive better service.

We eventually found what we were looking for but it took a dang while. A lot of small stuff is locked up... simple stuff like oscillating multi-tools blades. Meaning you have to have an associate unlock it and sometimes the associates are difficult to flag down to do this for you. I know this is because of theft but it's still frustrating. I'll still keep coming here because it's the closest hardware store to me but I wish it was better. I recommend doing an online order and picking it up if it is locked up in the store. That way you don't have to find an associate to unlock it for you. The people that work here are pretty friendly though. They usually have what I need even if I have to search for it a bit.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
