We resolved this to our satisfaction but it seems it is just another add on cost that is not necessary when purchasing small items ( end tables) that can easily fit into a car trunk. I think the “entire” cost should be presented on the ticket.

We have only had our reclining sofa a couple of weeks but are really enjoying it! The reclining ends are so comfortable and I love the interior side movement controls. The rich brown tone of the leather is beautiful.

I was not notified when my order was complete which I discovered after I called them. I wish they called to notify estimated time of delivery, because my power was out for days leaving no access to email. Delivery people were on time, pleasant, encouraged me to examine & try the recliner, & available to answer any questions.
