Me and my boyfriend walked into the store (rushing because it was 30 minutes before close and didn’t want to be in their hair) she said “Hey this isn’t a playground and we turned around and walked towards the items we were going to be buying. Then she said “LEAVE” and we just ignored her because she wasn’t wearing anything to identify her as the manager. She kept bugging us about leaving so we asked what her issue was.. she was making a scene over nothing and she didn’t answer. I asked if she was the manager she said yes. We then decided to comply because it wasn’t worth our time at the point. VERY unprofessional. I myself work in costumer service and this was disgusting to experience…

She had some in stock and let me place an order for two more bolts to be here next week. Longer drive from Loveland but well worth it to get what you need very helpful employees. Clean store, will be back here in the future. Thanks for your extra help Lizzie.
