Unfortunately, the store in Austin closed and we were not able to get the records for past purchases. I had a lot of questions around functionality of different bases and mattresses and he answered all of them thoroughly without trying to sell me on something I didn't need - just the facts and features which I so appreciated! I already knew what I was looking for more or less but Connor helped explain everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. He helped me select the right mattress from within the line my chiropractor recommended and sold me on an adjustable base and some pillows. I have not taken delivery yet but the in-store experience was far beyond what you get at most retail stores these days. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family and will likely return for my next mattress.
