    I was looking for photo frames and found three that I liked. But checking out to pay for them was a nightmare. They want your personal information including your full name, telephone number, birthdate and email address. I was paying by credit card and I had cash. I told the check out guy that I didn’t want to join their club I just wanted to pay for the three frames. But every step on his register requested my information. I regretted not just leaving and not buying the frames. I don’t think I will be shopping at this store again in the future.

    Prices marked on discount ring up different at the register. When you bring it up they take the sign down and say sorry. Ont honor the prices as marked. Then try to tell you why it’s okay to have that mistake. Their loss. I was spending 200+. And have bought many things there in the past. Spent thousands. But no longer. My business goes elsewhere now. Over 30 bucks. Kinda sad they lack the integrity to own there mistakes and make it right. And by the “manager” none the less.

    I MUCH prefer this one to the Broomfield location. Staff is a lot friendlier and the store is much more organized.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
