Don't use Aptive. They charge you and don't service your home. I have called several times complaining. After a year, I wanted to cancel. They charged me another $199 for canceling. This company doesn't stand behind their sevices.

Beware of Aptive. They force you into a contract.
I cancelled early after one year, and it was a ridiculous process. And of course I was charged $199, my bad. I accept the consequences.

This is the second month in a row that I have been charged for a service and no one has done the service. And customer service is not helpful.
