  I went to Furniture Row yesterday to find a new couch! I didn’t think I was going to find the one I wanted because we’ve been to several furniture stores and haven’t had any luck! Luckily I came across Ty! She was so helpful and really took the time to learn what I liked and what would make the most sense in our living space! She gave me plenty of time to walk the floor and search for what I wanted. While I waited for my wife and son to get there to check out the winning couch, she pointed me in the direction of a massage chair, which was most appreciated, as I had just had a long work day! What I valued most about Ty, was her honesty, and her dedication to making sure I went home with something that made me feel the same way that I felt in store…relaxed and at home! Thanks again Ty! Of course we will be back!

  Shopping at Furniture Row was a terrific experience! We were greeted immediately by friendly store associates when we walked in the store and were offered assistance. We received professional, friendly and informative customer service from Edward, who also assisted us with our purchase of designer furniture at a very fair price.   Garrett was very pleasant in greeting us. As I knew we were looking for a Ponderosa Sofa, he took us to it, answered any questions. He was able to clarify Sales Price, and assisted with getting me deferred interest financing for 24 months. I was quite pleased with his knowledge, and efficiency.

  Topher dont know how to spell his name was at centennial store Sunday April 19.Was so patient with my Mom and gave us space to try things out and then he checked with us from time to time. He was so very easy to talk to and very polite and informative. We really enjoyed our time at your store we felt so welcomed. You have an outstanding employee and this shows in your store we will definitely ask for him the next vis it.

  I arrived with my 2 college aged children to purchase a clearance item. We were greeted by Mr. Edward, a kind and appreciative sales representative who went out of his way to assist us. Mr. Edward stated that he always provided the best service possible regardless if someone was purchasing an accessory or an entire truck full of furniture. Mr. Edward lived up to his statement and provided exceptional service ,with a smile on his face and kind comments. Furniture Row in Lone Tree is fortunate to have employees such as Mr. Edward. I will definitely look for him for all future purchases.
