Love the Container Store. Home decorating and storage needs. A few of the items we looked at did not have visible pricing, so we had to track down an associate for assistance. That was a little annoying as it felt like they were busy and I was keeping them from their work. Still picked up some storage on sale for my middle school classroom

After months of trying to resolve an issue, during which I was repeatedly left waiting for days without a proper response or even the courtesy of an update, I’ve come to the conclusion that your store is unwilling to take responsibility for a defective product. I paid nearly $7,000 for a laundry closet. I only became aware of a defective door after hitting my head on an extremely sharp corner, which caused a noticeable bump. Upon closer inspection, I realized that not only was the finish poorly done, but the doors had also been painted in different colors—clearly indicating a lack of quality control. Given the continued lack of accountability, I have decided to seek legal advice. The way this matter has been handled is unacceptable.

Unhappy with my first Elfa install. I ordered a classic 7' reach-in kit. The order came without installation instructions. The person at the store printed out the invoice and said to look up the instructions online. Fair, I'm able to do that so it wasn't a big deal. Then I got started with the install. I assumed that I had everything I needed, only to realize after installing the top track that they had given me a 6' track. I guess it is on me for assuming I had the right parts and not checking first. By the time I realized this, the store was closed and what should have been a one-day project turned into a two day project.
