Placed a small $1,400 order this morning for pick up this afternoon. 8- 4' x 16" shelves and liners. Everything was in stock except 2 accessory items that could wait. Call ahead, arrive to more excuses, the GM included as the biggest excuse maker. Sad state of affairs.

I paid nearly $7,000 for a laundry closet. I only became aware of a defective door after hitting my head on an extremely sharp corner, which caused a noticeable bump. Upon closer inspection, I realized that not only was the finish poorly done, but the doors had also been painted in different colors—clearly indicating a lack of quality control. Given the continued lack of accountability, I have decided to seek legal advice. The way this matter has been handled is unacceptable.
