- KKKrissypoohs1 day ago1.0We went and picked up our dead dogs ashes and weren’t in the best spirits when I decided a trip to the good ole Christian store, Hobby Lobby, would cheer us up. We brought our 3 dogs in after I called to make sure they allow pets in the store. Our 3 month old puppy, who we just got last week, took a pee in one of the aisles. My husband ran off to find an associate and ask them for paper towels to clean up the mess. He found one but she scolded him and told him he needed to leave the store. The manager then came up behind me and accused my two dogs of doing it and not picking up the mess. He then found me in the check out line to apologize for accusing me and told me that my husband was an irresponsible pet owner. We will never return to this store! All you needed to do was point us in the direction of paper towels. You didn’t have to make a bad day worse either. Is that how Jesus would have responded???

- PLPat LarkinOct 22, 20255.0I have been going to Hobby Lobby for years, I go because I find things I need for my home. The prices are great and the "sales" are terrific... I was asked for the Very First time, and not by a cashier, but by a sweet gal on the floor, named, Nicole, if I was looking for something special she could help me find... NONE of the sales associates have EVER even said Hi. Except when you walk in to the store, they say Welcome, which is nice, then when you leave they ask if I found everything.. purposely, I have said "I wonder where I can find something", knowing they can hear, and I am ignored.. will it stop me from shopping there? No, but it would be nice if those stocking the shelves would be trained to acknowledge their customers.. after all, without we,the customers, Hobby Lobby could fold up, like other big box stores...
