- MPMike Posey3 days ago2.0Sales process and the rep we bought the couch from were all good. However the couch was knowingly delivered with a broken leg. Was told that the warehouse tried to “fix “ the leg. Drivers were great and alerted me as the”fix” clearly did not work. So I refused to accept the delivery, and now have to wait another 4 days for them to deliver a new couch. Why the warehouse would send this couch to begin with when they had plenty of others in stock is beyond me. Frustrating & disappointing.

Instead, Stacy R. greeted us, and checked in with us from time to time as we tested every single chair and table that appealed to us, and tried different chairs with with different tables, because, like Momma Bear and Poppa Bear…it had to be just right! She was wonderful and incredibly patient while we made our decisions! Thanks!!
