I was very impressed with the service and efficiency, from selection to purchase and delivery. The entire process was smooth as silk. What made the process especially pleasant was Allyson, the sales rep. From her initial approach, to her genuine, friendly manner, my first interaction with her made a positive impression. When I returned a couple of days later to make the final purchase she was quick, response, knowledgeable and asked the right questions to assist me in narrowing down the options for some additional purchases I expect to make. As someone who does not enjoy the furniture buying process, it is so helpful to have a “real live person” who takes a sincere interest in assisting you. A real treat. Thank you Allyson!

She answered all of our questions, was a huge help and wasn't pushy at all. Best of all she respected us when we said we wanted to shop around before making a decision. It worked out in the end as we went with the dining set we found at Furniture Row. I've always liked Furniture Row. I consider it a step up from American Furniture Warehouse and a step down from Woodley's where I feel you pay more for the name than the product. Plus the revamped protection/warranty program at Furniture Row is a better investment than it used to be. If you can afford the slightly higher prices, Furniture Row's quality is worth it.

I decided to purchase the bedroom furniture. I had 3 $100 digital gift cards i wanted to use. Wendy wasn't sure how to proceed so she asked the manager Jaime to assist. He came right over. We tried several times, the cards were asking for a pin but I didn't have one. Jaime asked ChatGPT and with both of us working through it we were able to figure it out and I was able to use the cards which made me very happy. They were both patient and helpful and just didn't give up. I appreciate the customer service they both provided me.
