I was immediately greeted by a smiling sales person, greeting me warmly, asking how my day was and if she could assist me. She introduced herself, Antoinette. I explained I was looking for a mattress for my 85 year old mother’s bday and that I was a Consumer Reports fan. She knew exactly which mattress I was talking about and took me right to it. Antoinette explained in detail how it was made, the warranty, delivery, haul off and exchange options thoroughly and professionally! In a climate of pretty poor customer service and sales people who generally don’t care, Antoinette was a wonderful breath of fresh air! She could not have been more thorough, professional or just downright friendly! Thank you Antoinette. It was truly a pleasure working this purchase for my mom with you! You’re a blessing to Furniture Row and Denver Mattress. If you’re looking for a mattress, please stop in and ask for Antoinette. You’ll be amazed!
