I was instructed to go and park where I could get mulch and potting soil after verifying my order with the pick up folks in the store. For some reason, Mark decided to berate me for simply following the directions to pick up my order. I will never step foot in Lowe’s again. That man should be fired for indecency and vulgarity

We wanted to have renovation complete months ago. Four months later, we’ve dealt with delays, wrong cabinets, incorrect finishes, missing pieces, and zero accountability. Trying to reach a real person is nearly impossible, and getting them to fix their mistakes is a joke. The project was suppose to be completed today and the last cabinet we waited for over 2 weeks was broken when the Lowe's installers showed up to finish the work. Now we're being told it could take up to another 5 days because rectifying and escalating a problem doesn't seem to be store policy. This has been a complete disaster from start to finish. Avoid this place at all costs.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
