  Jacob came out to fix our hot tub, he was really good. He identified the problem quickly, and got it going again. So thankful for his help! I'll attach a photo of the problem I had (HotSpring spa salt system not working).

  5 stars for IHT, and specifically Kevin. This was our first ever hot tub purchase, and Kevin walked us through all of the options that were within our budget. He never lost patience with our many questions and all of the back and forth. We never felt pushed or sold, Kevin just provided all the answers and advice until we landed on what was perfect for our family. Delivery was great and timely. Communication was amazing. Step by step set up instructions. Even after the purchase, delivery and set up, Kevin was still answering our questions. Just an overall amazing purchase experience. Thank you!

  Kevin and the entire staff at IHT have been nothing but great to work with. We purchased our Rhythm salt water tub over the holidays and literally haven’t missed a night soaking and looking at starts. Best purchase we’ve made and highly recommend IHT!

  IHT is the perfect place for all your hot tub needs. I really appreciate the time Kevin took to help me pick out the right hot tub for me. They also give you very clear and easy instructions for the maintenance of your tub. I recently brought a friend in and she also bought her tub from IHT. Thank you, Kevin and everyone at IHT!
