    We made purchase today of a bedroom set. There were varying styles, quality, and prices to pick from. We keep coming back to Furniture Row for this reason. Jared was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the products he carries. He gave us ideas for solutions to our measurement issues. He was great to work with. No high pressure sales.

    We set out to look; we ended buying. We fell in love with a sofa recliner, which in itself was remarkable given the extensive inventory on hand to choose from. The whole selection/buying process was simply too easy. Oleg was a great help; ensuring all our questions and concerns were addressed. We're happy with our purchase and appreciative of the great service we received.

    Jared was an awesome associate. He was incredibly informative, gave us a quick run down of the store in the most helpful way. He then allowed us to explore the store on our own and eventually checked in with us where again he gave us the information that we asked for rather than selling something that we were not interested in. We left buying a couch that will work perfectly for our condo and may not have had it not been for the great service that Jared provided.

    We had a deeply disappointing delivery experience after ordering a large, high‑end couch from this store. Our delivery was scheduled for a Tuesday, and we had already deliberately rearranged our schedules to be available that day. Late the day before, after hearing nothing from the store as promised about the time frames of delivery, we followed up and were told there had been a scheduling mistake and that the delivery would not be happening. We agreed to reschedule for the following Thursday and, once again, rearranged our schedules to accommodate the delivery. The day before that delivery, we again heard nothing. When we contacted them, we were told delivery could not happen until Friday a week and a half later because they were fully booked—despite this delay being caused by their own scheduling errors. We understand that delays and even mistakes happen. What’s unacceptable is that this happened multiple times, and each time the response was just an acknowledgment of another scheduling mistake—without any meaningful explanation, accountability, or true effort to make it right, including any attempt to accommodate our schedule or mitigate the inconvenience caused by their mistakes. Like many people purchasing new furniture, we are moving between homes, and we also had pre‑scheduled work travel. As a result, arranging this delivery required careful planning, and we were counting on the store being true to its word. Multiple times, we arranged or rearranged our schedules around promised delivery dates, only to learn—too late, after our schedules had already been adjusted—that the delivery was not happening. For a couch that was far from inexpensive, this level of disorganization and poor communication is not acceptable. It bears mentioning that the couch is very nice and we are happy with the product, but not the delivery process. We had planned to purchase additional furniture after receiving this couch. This was my first purchase from this store, and because of these repeated mistakes, it will likely be my last.
