Wouldn't take it back, no store credit, nothing. We were assured when we bought the replacement that this wouldn't be an issue, but apparently it's "their policy" so it doesn't matter what were told. The manager was rude on top of it. Completely different experience from Home Depot and Floor and Decor, who were all very accommodating and friendly. We spent 25k between the three stores for our bathroom project, and we're more than happy to split that across two brands instead of three, for our 40k kitchen coming this year. ✌️
