    Product was purchased here, I received it for Christmas, did not have a receipt. They sell the product, but wouldn't exchange it. Sorry I didn't have the receipt as it was a gift and that person had lost the receipt. Shop Home Depot, they honor the product they sell. I apologize for getting upset.

    Never again. Tried to return an expensive item, with receipt in an unopened box, an item we had replaced with a different size. Wouldn't take it back, no store credit, nothing. We were assured when we bought the replacement that this wouldn't be an issue, but apparently it's "their policy" so it doesn't matter what were told. The manager was rude on top of it. Completely different experience from Home Depot and Floor and Decor, who were all very accommodating and friendly. We spent 25k between the three stores for our bathroom project, and we're more than happy to split that across two brands instead of three, for our 40k kitchen coming this year. ✌️

    The customer service at this particular store is abhorrent. We were looking for a track for some closet doors and walked up and down the aisles several times not able to find it. Asked two separate people for help and they said that we needed to wait for Chris to be done helping the customer that he was helping. Waited for 30 minutes and finally left the store. Truly unbelievable.

    This used to be my go to. They have now removed every check out and made everything self check out. Time to cancel my card and only shop the competitors. Ridiculous.

    Lowe’s in Littleton CO needs to step up customer service by going back to retail sales basics: Answer the phone. Customers are calling for a reason. They have bought or want to buy. If you don’t answer the phone customers or potential customers will be frustrated and likely not want to give you their business. Do what you say you are going to do. Follow up. Apologize if there is a problem. Provide email addresses of the associate on the invoice for custom orders for customers to follow up with the order. The automated order system doesn’t have accurate information on the customer side like associates have access to, specifically delivery dates. So why offer this information if it’s not accurate? These are basic details that Lowe’s management needs to attend to before I will consider another purchase from Lowes for the other phases of my large renovation project.
