I had ordered a washer and dryer set to be delivered, their website says that all deliveries come with free installation when you buy all the necessary parts. They did not install either appliances saying “the dryer cord is wrong”. When I took a closer look later in the day the cord was definitely right. Even if the dryer was wrong they still could’ve installed the washer, which they didn’t. Definitely won’t be ordering any future appliances from here. What a waste of time.

Horribly run place, and they never answer the phone so you can’t even get to the bottom of all the things they’ve messed up. They allow you to place orders for things on the website, for pick up the next day. Only to tell you that they don’t carry those items in store, and they wouldn’t arrive for another two weeks. Waste of time, will be going to Home Depot for every future project.
