Ordered a fridge for delivery from a very nice man who worked in the paint department(I guess there were no appliances folks around). I Took the day off to stay home and receive said fridge. Got a text that they were on their way and yes, they did show up and hand me the install kit- you know the little hose that connects the ice maker. I asked where the fridge was. They said they didn’t know they were only given the little hose and didn’t have an order for a fridge then he asked me to make sure to give him a good review because a poor review would reflect badly on him. Oookaaayy. A few phone calls later and I’m left to assume the fridge never made it on a truck. Because after 5 phone calls to various people- all promising to call me back after they investigated, which none ever called me back- I’m sitting at home watching the sun go down on my old fridge sitting in the hallway next to a cooler of food. So, I’m not happy at the moment and no idea where my fridge is or when it’s coming because everyone I talk to seems burdened, tired or like they just don’t give a rip.
Funny side story- I called Home Depot by mistake and talked to a very helpful, attentive guy in their appliance department. I felt like an idiot but he sure made Lowe’s look even worse with his chipper can-do attitude. Should’ve gone to the depot.

This was my first time at this store. I easily found what I needed at the expected cost. I was asked 3 or 4 times if I needed help. Even at check out the cashier was very helpful. I was impressed by the level of service.

Went to Lowe's for some fire logs and few other things they have such beautiful Christmas decorations for inside and outside definitely going back to buy some later went to check out and the most wonderful and friendly cashier Jacque helped us she is so sweet and caring dont see that to much anymore better service and more friendly than Home Depot
