I bought a junk door latch that doesnt work and they refuse to exchange it I didnt even want a dam refund I just wanted one that works. Save yourself the time and headache and gas and just go to Home Depot.

I say this because I ordered my washer, and dryer set with him for around $1300, not overly pricey, but not cheap. I told him everything I wanted on the order, and I even said I wanted a dryer box to catch my lint to be delivered, and installed with my units. Once they got here, the dryer box was missing because Rudy forgot to add it, and the delivery driver Anthony told me that I should wait 2-3 days more to get my laundry units installed. Anthony evidently had no problem with smelling like a fresh onion, but I personally needed to wash my clothes! I wanted to order them In store from Rudy Vega to make my hookup seamless, and easy when the time arose, but because Rudy forgot to add that 1 item to the order, I ended up having to take an extra hour out of my day to get it installed myself. Moral of the story, keep a very sharp eye on your order, and don't trust anyone here to do their job properly. I love it when these stores make me feel like I did something wrong by not meticulously reviewing my order. 3 stars because I did get the units, but not as easily as I should have.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
