- SBSusan BAug 12, 20221.0BUYER BEWARE. Tech "Daniel" with the heavy (Russian? Eastern European?) accent quoted me $50 to install my already-purchased locks, told me 30m into the job that the lock was bad ("here, I'll show you...), and when I sat with him and the instructions, he discovered a couple screws in the box that he hadn't seen. He continued with the work, then 15m later, he told me (again) that the lock was bad, and also that the hole for the lock in my metal front door was too small. He offered to stop where he was and put the old deadbolt back in, or keep going, but it wasn't a $50 job, it was going to be a $250 job. I elected for the first option. He put my old deadbolt in, charged me $109 for a job he quoted at $50, and left. Then I installed the new deadbolt that he said was bad, just by following the instructions. This young man is supposed to be a professional and couldn't do what someone with zero training (me) could do. He barely looked at the instructions. I am utterly appalled. I would NEVER recommend this company.
