  Polite and respectful staff, no heavy onerous sales push. Actually completed our purchase over the phone after doing some measurements. Misha was easy to work with.

  Worked with Misha. Loved that he didn’t hover but was always ready to answer any questions we had — and did! Great experience. Bought a dining table and 8 chairs.

  My husband, daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Bree. We were looking for a new bed for my 12 year old daughter and Bree was super helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely professional.   So sales and communication were great. Upon pick up damage to bottoms of Dust cover on sofa sectional was noticed on all pieces. One tear and all others were wear marks. The warehouse person acknowledged the damage when we pointed it out. He had said nothing to us when he brought them out. Manager acknowledged the damage , but stated it was just the dust cover. I do understand that this is not a visible part of the sectional. However when I pay for an item to be " new" I expect exactly that. The manager did then accommodate us to have covers replaced in house at a future dare. We feel the shipping and handling of the purchase was a bit rough. The packaging showed signs of this. So far we have been made whole, yet we will most likely never shop here again. We do love the couch/ sectional.

  Terrific experience with Sharon! I originally went in to FR last weekend to start looking for a kitchen table. Sharon was knowledgeable about the fabric of the chairs and address my concerns about keeping them clean. She followed up with me during the week to notify me of a great promotion. When i returned to make my purchase, she took extra special care of me and made me very happy. Thank you Sharon!
