  Alan provided detailed information for the mattresses we were interested in as we tried several out. We had purchased our previous mattress from this store. The purchase and delivery process was easy, timely and professional.

  Just went in to Denver mattress to get a mattress cover. Justin was absolutely fabulous with customer service. We bought a king size bed here 3 years ago. I highly recommend this store. Also, it is so clean.

  Alan was very helpful. Answered all my questions. Showed me several different mattress types to help with my sleep and back pain. Was very patient when I was trying to decide between two. I would highly recommend Denver mattress and Alan to help. Thank you!!

  I was beyond fed up with this company in every aspect, customer service, merchandise quality, support, everything. I walked into the Denver Mattress store in Littleton (80123) already upset and completely on edge. Honestly, I was ready to fight. I didn’t have a reasonable bone in my body. That said, I have no idea how Justin, a Denver Mattress employee, managed to turn what was heading toward a full-blown ugly confrontation into a completely different experience. Justin talked me off the ledge. He calmly let me explain every issue I had and repeatedly reassured me by saying, “I’m here to help you.” And the crazy thing is, he genuinely meant it. I had been outraged by how I was previously treated by someone else, but in that moment, none of that mattered anymore. I needed to be heard, and I was. Justin listened to every single word I said. Not only did he listen, he worked to correct every issue to the best of his ability. My daughter, aware of the situation, came to the store to make sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of or spoken to the way I had been before. She was so impressed by Justin’s customer service that she said they’ll be returning for future purchases. I have several children and grandchildren, so you get my drift. Justin, I apologize for the negative energy I brought into your store that Sunday. Thank you for taking the time to listen. Thank you for truly hearing me. Thank you for doing everything you could to make things right. I honestly couldn’t be more pleased or grateful. You are amazing.
