- CGCindi GelmanDec 18, 20251.0Mountain Alarm offered a security system maintenance and testing program. It included replacing the panel battery. Technician didn't have the appropriate panel battery with him when he came for the service call. The company wanted to charge me for the battery (which they ultimately agreed to provide at not cost), but would charge an additional service call to install the battery. Deceptive.
