  Anthony from NationScapes did a great job with our annual sprinkler turn on and tune up. Not only was he timely - but also identified that there was a cold snap coming and went through the entire time up and maintenance of our system but then also flushed it back out - capped it off and scheduled a free come back appointment to turn it on after the freeze passes by. Great foresight.

  When the tech’s are on-site they are great. But the company has bad communication and bad scheduling. They can be overly aggressive and force their way into your house when aren’t there and it’s just your partner at home. Would not recommend. They will randomly schedule things, show up in 24 hours, and then be super condescending about their bad communication and scheduling which prevents you from getting the services that you paid for

  I want to give Kyle Woodman a HUGE shoutout for the impressive service he gave while turning on my system. I had a broken head that I knew would be a problem to replace. He took such care in getting the head and some pipes replaced. He took such pride in his work and replaced the dirt & sod. I have had other technicians who could have cared less, but Kyle has been the best. Yay Kyle!!!

  I had a great experience with Steven from Nationscape. His landscaping expertise and proactive, go-getter attitude truly stood out when he came to activate my sprinkler system. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly. Steven’s professionalism and strong work ethic made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. Nationscape is lucky to have a technician like Steven on their team—he sets a great example.   We’ve been NationScapes (Perennial Services Group) customers since 2024, paying for their sprinkler service package. Their technicians are always friendly and provide great service, but the company itself is shockingly unprofessional. This past Saturday, our sprinklers started at 3am and ran nonstop. We tried everything we knew to do and googled and they would not turn off, forcing us to shut off water to our entire house. We called NationScapes several times Saturday morning and only got an old answering message saying they were out for the holidays and would return January 5. After several attempts, Josh finally called us back. He was very friendly and tried to help as much as he could, but unfortunately had no idea what to do. He told us there were no technicians or managers working over the weekend and he didn’t know how to reach them, and that we would have to wait until Monday, leaving our water shut off in our entire home yfor the weekend. Out of desperation, my partner contacted an executive (Nate Farely) via private message on LinkedIn, respectfully asking for help. Hours later, Josh called us back with a manager on the other end. They were able to walk us through how to shut the water off to just the sprinklers. We were so grateful and Josh assured us that someone would contact us on Monday (today) to get things taken care of properly. This morning (Monday), instead of a manager or technician contacting us, we received an email from NationScapes HR Manager (Sandy Turner) firing us as customers. She told us that my partner’s LinkedIn message caused issues and she was told to send an email terminating us as customers. We are beyond shocked to say the least. Nate Farely even blocked my partner on LinkedIn. Do not trust NationScapes. They will leave you stranded and treat you with zero respect. I didn’t know customer service could be this bad.
