- ASAnne SchullerMar 25, 20261.0Do Not Call this company. It is deceiving of who you are hiring. We called looking for a locksmith to rekey 2 doors total of 4 locks. This number apparently sends you to another locksmith location to set up an appointment with a technician. The locksmith location went to a place in Utah, a company called, 24/7 Locksmith, we are in Lakewood, CO. The company in Utah then calls technicians in Denver to do the job. At this point multiple people are getting paid from your service. The technician came in and looked at the locks, said it would be $130, after 15 minutes of work they gave us an invoice for $892.71. This was outragious and price gouging. I researched online and typical pricing for 4 locks would be $150-$250. We complained and the technician gave us to his manager, on a Utah line. We argued the point and would only bring the cost down to $450, which is still $200 more than we should have been charged. The company should be shut down for price gouging and lack of accurate communication on pricing for the job.
