  Andrew the Manager was awesome to work with patient and took the time to go through the building of the furniture I was in and out in a short period of time, In the process of my order I got sick he checked in on me and stuck right with me till I could finish up the order Thanks Andrew

  My husband and I have been on the market for a king sized bed frame. We had hoped to find a neat vintage piece but, after several months of no luck, we ended up at Furniture Row. The team here at the Lakewood location was amazing, and Shea helped direct us to their selection of frames. Lo and behold, a super beautiful design was available that my husband and I both loved. The price was also extremely reasonable compared to some furniture pieces we have seen! Very excited to have our new frame this weekend, as delivery was also very reasonably priced.

  I came in today looking for a quality dining room set, Aaron went above and beyond to help me with my needs! With the friendly greetings at the door and exceptional service given by Aaron. Answered all my questions with ease and provided all the different options to my liking, left with a great dining room set with a great deal that I am excited to have in my home. I am pleased by the service given at Furniture Row, will definitely make the first stop here when I am need of new furniture. Thanks!

  Our experience at furniture row was good. We knew what we were looking for and were able to get the couch we wanted. I’d say double check that you have the right furniture at receiving before leaving. We got 2 of the same piece then had to wait about 3 days to get the correct one, so it wasn’t a big deal. I was glad they had that in stock at another store as it took 8 weeks to get the couch (as expected) in the first place.
