I had been using them for years, but I just couldn't take their poor customer service any longer. They have regularly told me they would get back to me when I had an issue, but they never contacted me. I would have to keep calling them and trying to get them to help me. It was such a frustrating experience that caused me to waste a bunch of time! They also wanted me to sign a 36 month contract to lock in lower prices, which were still $13 a month higher than their competition that only required a 12 month contract. I'm really happy I stopped using their services and switched to another alarm company.
