Technician didn't have the appropriate panel battery with him when he came for the service call. The company wanted to charge me for the battery (which they ultimately agreed to provide at not cost), but would charge an additional service call to install the battery. Deceptive.

I received quick service by a technician named Julius. After much looking and making a significant effort to fix things, he couldn’t do it. It’s an older system and an older house so I contacted my Century Link technician who worked with Julius— a couple of weeks here and there between the two techs—nd all was repaired and back in order. Julius learned something new and I’m a happy camper having my system up and running. Team work by all. “Thanks” to Heidi, customer service rep, who was Amazing at helping resolve a billing issue as well. Two thumbs up for Mountain Alarm for their professionalism and great customer service!!
