    Nearly impossible to get assisted in this store. Either no associates are available, or they just walk right past, or are too engrossed in their personal conversations (typically revolving around how short handed they are, how horrible their manager is, etc...at least based on what I've overheard). Came back four times to finally get an associate to finalize my carpeting purchase/install order. And when they finally did, they did not use the correct promotion code (24 equal payments) on my Lowe's card, so now I am fighting with Synchrony to honor the promotion. I'm not sure if every Lowe's operates this way, but it is certainly a shame based on how nice the products are, and some of the good values, that the execution fails so miserably.

    I went to this location around noon on a Saturday (when you would assume it would be well staffed) and waited over half an hour for someone to come to the paint department, despite several overhead pages. When I finally asked one of the teenagers standing around the self check out area playing on his phone for more help he replied 'yeah hes probably on lunch break', I asked how long that lasted and was told an hour. I asked if there was anyone else who could help and he said he'd page again, did not. I went to the service desk and they finally sent someone over from another department, who was helpful but not a paint person, so minimal answer to my questions. I also grabbed some roller covers and headed over to the self check out (ridiculous idea for a hardware store) and both prices came up wrong. I was told the roller covers were probably in the wrong bin, and no idea on the paint. So back to customer service where there were 4 people in line with lots of items. 20 min later of waiting and one of the 2 people working there left to go on break with still 2 people ahead of me. I left, having overpaid and took over 2 hours to get a simple can of paint and supplies. Will not ever go back. You can do better Lowes.

    Total let down. Placed an order online for a dishwasher at the current retail price and head to pick it up. I get there and they're bringing out an open box dishwasher, not new. There is a dent on the front. I ask if they can do a discount and they say 'it's already marked down, but we can do another 10%.' I decline because I'm not going to save $50 to get something with a dent in it. I went and looked at the display, it wasn't a mark down, that was just their sales price. They had an open box with a dent "marked down" for sale for the exact same price as the new in box. But of course they don't actually have any of those in stock. Terrible because I purchased the *new* one, not an open box one. (Oh and they said if I take that one there are no returns at all, regardless of their new terrible 48 hour return window on appliances). Just a total waste of 90 minutes driving and prepping to pick up and install a dishwasher. Home Depot earned my business today.
