He answered all my questions, showed me how to work the remote, supported me as I explored all the settings and never pushed me to make a decision. I don’t like pressure sales and Justin met me whether I am as a customer. I also appreciated Andrew, the Manager because he, too, provided me all the information for the recliner, all the warranty paperwork and also answered any questions I had. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I have unlimited leather cleaner and moisturizer for the life of the chair. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience at Furniture Row in Lakewood.
