- BMBrandon Malone5 days ago2.0The space is I had no problem with it. There are usually plenty of carts to move your stuff with. I did not like the little ledge to get in the building with the cart. It makes keeping things on the cart hard when you have to go over a bump. My biggest issue with this place, and the reason for only 2 stars, is that after 4 months they doubled my rent. I went from $70 a month for a 10x10 to $140. They only mailed a little card to inform me of the increase. I was lucky enough to see it since they didn't try to notify me any other way. I decided to move my stuff out and take it down the street to Public Storage who had the same size for $54 a month. I did call and see if they could with me on the price but there wasn't much wiggle room, I was told. I find it kind of screwed up to double someone's rent just 4 months after they move in. I feel that many people would be in a situation where they were not able to move it out in time and would get stuck with a higher rent and that is what they are expecting. Same goes for how they notified me. I know most of this is corporate and not the locations doing but I feel that is not the kind of business I want to give my money to. The staff at the location are nice and were helpful to me when I moved in and when I moved out.
