I wish I could give no stars. I thought after last years debacle that customer service would get better. I was able to rent an xbox series x with no issue and was able to pick it up. Go figure this year, I would have to order something that would actually require delivery as I no longer have a truck. I ordered a chest freezer at the beginning of November. They called my husband and said that they would be calling within a week to set up the delivery. It was two days before Thanksgiving and we hadn't heard anything so I called. They had gotten it in so they set up delivery with me. We had to wait another week. The first delivery was available on Wednesday, December 3rd. I called in to ask if they could move the payment due date since we still had not received the item (due date was the 1st). That was cool that they did. Told them since delivery was Wednesday that I was totally cool on paying it that following Friday. Wednesday came. I hadn't heard anything by 1 PM, and there was some snow going on, so I called to see if the delivery was still happening that day or if it would need to be delayed to the next day. I was told delivery was still happening that day and I was the 5th customer in the delivery schedule so it would happen at some point after 3 PM. I was told I would be called. I had not heard anything by 5:44 PM. So I tried calling the store. No pick up. I tried five other times with the same result. So I called customer service. They too got the same result when they tried calling. So I was told they sent an email for the manager to reach out to me the following day. I had not heard anything so I called a couple hours after they opened to see what was going on with my delivery. I was told that I would receive a call today to reschedule my delivery that was supposed to happen yesterday. I told the person, that claimed the manager was not in yet, that the manager needs to contact me as I wasn't pleased that no one bothered to call yesterday to tell me of the issue (which I would have been completely fine in rescheduling due to the nasty weather) and no one bothered to call me as of yet. I was told I would get a call today. Store supposedly closes in less than 15 minutes and still haven't received a phone call. Called and hopefully the higher manager will call me in the next ten minutes to deal with this crap.

But some tables and they came to deliver them at my house today. I have some lights outside that they broke one of them and they didn’t even put my table together right it’s all uneven. I’m not sure what kind of professionals they have working there but G You couldn’t even take the time to put something together correct after all, I’m paying for it thanks, Aaron

I have been paying on a washer dryer for 2 years, no missed payment and never ending interest accumulating. I have just a few payments left, called for the first time to postpone for a week. NOPE!!!!! Payment processed as usual and really screwed me, no apology and I had to call in and cancel (and hope) they don’t put the other payment through. Will continue to update.

Most of the people who work here are rude and seem like they just want to hang up instead of actually helping. They never ask if I’m happy with the purchase I made through them, which makes the whole experience feel rushed and uncaring.

I would not recommend this store based on my recent experience. I completed the application for leasing power but never received a follow-up call. After waiting a few days, I contacted an associate named Jordan, who assured me he would follow up after speaking with the manager to process the order. A week went by with no update, so I reached out again. At that point, Jordan informed me that he could no longer locate my application and advised me to reapply. I did so and was scheduled for a delivery today — however, no one showed up, and I received no communication. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional, and I will not be using this store in the future.
