  The service I received was extrodinary. Both the manager and Shante showed genuine concern for getting me the proper bed for my specific needs. Shante Byes was knowlegable about the products, kind, patient, attentive and very personable. She went out of her way to do what ever she could to help me and all with a smile and a welcoming attitude. I came in looking for an adjustable mattress (which you dont sell) and ended up with a hybrid mattress and adjustable base. I came in overwhelmed wondering how I would choose the right product for me as this is such an expensive and important purchase (I deal with a lot of pain) and was put at ease as soon as Shante started helping me. Because of the service that the manager (sorry I forgot his name) and Shante Byes gave us I will definately reccomend this store to family and friends. Nora

  I spent $1000 on a mattress and got attitude from the 20 something who was supposed to tie the mattress on top of my car. He threw it up there while I was on the opposite side of the car trying to put the crossbars on my outback crossways instead of forward. He threw it up there without looking and crushed my hand when he did it. I wasn’t pleased that he was so careless and in a pretty Kurt Tone I said no! I need to put the crossbars across first. And just like the millennial that he was, he threw up his hands and walked away. I then went back in the store and let the sales person know about it, who came out and tried helping me tie it down. The bottom line, though, is I ended up, tying it down myself because none of these guys knew what they were doing. I literally ended up jumping up on top of the car and the mattress and tying everything down tight so it wouldn’t come off on my return through the mountains. At one point, I literally said seems I have to teach you boys a lesson and how to tie things down. The salesman, honestly, was perfectly nice and didn’t deserve what happened to him. But the millennial 20 something who started crying when I criticized him, needs to grow up. It’s a bad look for the company and it’s why they get one star.

  Save yourself some time shopping around, go here first. My now wife and I bought a mattress from here from Roberto in 2021. It was actually a really pleasant experience. It's pretty rare I enjoy giving that much money away, lol. They were fun, honest, and ultra accommodating. 5 years later, my mattress is having some issues, at no fault of their own. I moved 1000 miles away from this store and needed to make a warranty claim. I went a couple rounds with the mattress manufacturer because I didn't want to run the store through the process of dealing with me. Time is money and I know that, if you're not selling, you're not making money. Finally I emailed the store about it. Before I could close my laptop Roberto who is now the store manager called me. A few minutes of talking and he was all over it. Solution oriented. No well there is this and that and this. He asked where I was living now and said hers some ways we CAN get this done. Customer for life. Literally when we buy our next mattress, we will drive from Dallas to Lakewood and make a fun road trip out of it because I can't imagine giving anyone else my money. He's earned my loyalty. Go see them. 5 years later, my mattress

  Our experience here today with David was absolutely stellar. His knowledge of the products/mattresses on the floor was top tier, and he had personal experience and recommendations for the models available as well. We walked in with having only a vague idea of what we wanted. But, thanks to him we quickly honed in on a few models. Even so, there were so many options to try at all price points that after testing several out, we found a great match for both myself and my husband's preferences. Very low pressure environment and truly the team here just wants to give the best recommendations based on their experience, which is extremely valuable. Will definitely be back for any of our future mattress/pillow needs.

  I recently bought a mattress from Denver Mattress, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Ryan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and upbeat throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What really stood out was how transparent he was about pricing—there were no surprises, and he explained everything clearly. It made the whole experience feel straightforward and stress-free. Overall, great customer service and a smooth buying experience. I’d definitely recommend working with Ryan if you’re in the market for a new mattress.
