Delivery today was fast and on time. Our driver kept us updated on when they would arrive and the couch is perfect! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Many companies should adopt this kind of service. I’ll be purchasing more furniture in the future from AFW. I also have purchased several items in the past with the same experience, that was before the internet was a thing. 😊

I spent over $1700 today and I am deeply disappointed with the customer service, Janelle is one of the rudest people I have met in my 60+ years of life . I mentioned needing to speak to a manager and she brushed me off and I mentioned a discount on the chair I purchased today and she laughed and told me they need to pay their delivery drivers somehow. I am never shopping here again you are losing a loyal customer over a rude employee.

His knowledge of the store and it's layout helps you from walking all over the huge store to find what you're looking for. He wasn't pushy and provided insight when needed. This is my 3rd purchase from American in 25yrs. The furniture is of good quality especially if your on a budget. Other area furniture stores are more high end, but way more pricey. As we all know high price doesn't alway mean high quality. My 3pc, 29ft L shaped sofa I purchased from American 25yrs ago held up to 3 children and all their friends. It still looked pretty good after all those years. It was difficult for me to just throw it away, all the memories and parties it saw. Your two delivery guys were courteous and careful. Thanks guys.
