I have had some challenges accessing my unit (due to no fault of theirs) and Savannah has been so kind and welcoming and has gone out of her way to help me and make the process as simple as possible. On my last visit I met Hunter and found him to be just as friendly and accommodating. The building itself is very clean and seems to be well maintained, and I love that they offer push carts at the front to help move things in and out. All in all a great experience in a nice facility with a friendly and helpful staff!

Every time I have been to my storage unit Savannah has welcomed me with a smile on her face and always helping someone or cleaning something. It has been a great experience moving from Texas and I can’t thank Savannah enough.
- KRKyle RayMar 2, 20263.0Solid Storage, good place, secure.. Boss is terrible at customer service. Understand that you cannot cancel mid month and get refunds, regardless of what was promised at the start of the agreement. Words and actions stated to sell the unit they completely lied, then told me to refer to the contract I signed. Super frustrating, legally they are right, but just know there is no refunds for mid month cancellations.
