The sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful. She directed us to furniture that fit within our price range. She helped us make the decision regarding the color choice. We chose the James reclining pieces. The men delivering the furniture were very careful and respectful of our home. They explained how to use the remotes to achieve just the perfect comfort level. We love the furniture. They are so well made and attractive. They are just what we had hoped for

He was very intune to our wants and needs and staying with in our budget. We were able to look at multiple options before picking out the style that we loved.
