  Tina in fabrics is a life saver. She helped me earlier this week for the Children's Hospital blanket event. Fleece has been completely sold out. She suggested I come back today. She spent so much time educating me and we had good conversation while she cut over $300 worth of fabric. Tina should be recognized for her knowledge & exceptional customer service. Thanks again for saving my luncheon tomorrow.

  If I was able to give them no stars I would I was judged stereotyped and harassed pretty much from the moment I walked into the store for reasons unbeknownst to me there was a manager woman there who followed me around and was rude beyond belief to me and then the asset protection male employee basically harassed me the entire time I was in the store made comments about what I was buying implied that I didn't have money to afford those things implied that I didn't need what I was buying and wanted to know why I was looking at different areas of the store I've never in my life been treated so horribly inside a store or harassed by employees in the store never have I experienced that I shop at hobby lobby locations weekly and normally spend close to $100 or more every time I shop there on this occasion I believe I spent $80 and never in my life have I've been treated so poorly while shopping in any store The way that I was treated In my opinion was harassment and why I was judged and stereotyped from the get is beyond me but for whatever reason asset protection decided that I was a criminal and a thief and basically told me as much as well as letting me know that they thought that I was trashy and that I must look like I don't belong in there or shouldn't be shopping in their store after looking at some items in a specific aisle I picked up a couple things and then after looking at them put them back down because I decided not to purchase them while I was in the checkout line he came up to me and demanded to know where the items were that I had been looking at I politely responded that if he did not see them in my cart then obviously I did not have them I never once stole or concealed any items while in there and my purse was open the entire time I was shopping and I was wearing a jacket because it was freezing cold outside but it was open and it was obvious that I wasn't concealing or trying to steal anything so my advice if you want to be treated with respect and dignity as a paying customer should most definitely avoid this hobby lobby location I myself will continue shopping at other locations because I've never had an experience like that until going to the Johnstown hobby lobby and shopping there Management and asset protection were the most horrible people I have ever encountered in a business in my life the way that they spoke to me and treated me was deplorable and I plan on complaining to their corporate people and letting everyone that I know not to ever shop in there this review on Google is just the beginning of my campaign against that hobby lobby location and the treatment that I experienced while shopping in there and spending my money they should be ashamed of themselves for treating people like thieves with no proof and no evidence of any wrongdoing whatsoever And for them being a christian-based store with Christian values and morals or so they say their management that I met and their asset protection employee that I encountered are lacking of all Christian values and morals
