She helped with all our questions, had great follow up, and ultimately helped us as we decided on which unit was the best suited. She was patient to walk us around. As for the storage facility, it has a super location, 24hour option, elevators are good, the lighting is good and it seems secure and innovative. The locks are Bluetooth and can be shared via email to additional persons you may want to share access. The pricing is competitive but the location sells this one.
