    A friendly greeting when entering the store, followed by offers of assistance throughout our browsing, was capped off by a grateful farewell and an invitation to return! The management team running this show understands the finest points of customer service and deserves a raise!!! Thank you all for a wonderful shopping experience!

    Nov 2025 was different than the past years at this location johnstown co. Staff clean busy all set up for holidays was very well done and cute. Staff asked us like 2 or 3 times if we found what we needed. The check out was full of ready checkers no line. Very nice to see from years of previous. Keep up whatever your doing.

    I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this store. I was treated with clear disrespect and discrimination by the staff. While shopping, I was approached and questioned about whether I had money to pay for the items in my cart — an unnecessary and offensive assumption. My intention was simply to shop, not to be accused or treated like I didn’t belong there. Instead of being treated like a valued customer, I was made to feel embarrassed and unwelcome, and ultimately asked to leave the store without reason. No one should ever be judged or treated differently based on assumptions or appearances. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to their employees on how to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism. i wouldn’t even give this location a star. although i had recently went to the one in longmont and did not have any type of experience like this!

No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
