Unlocked the door quickly and then went to pay he said it was $289 which seemed very high to pick a lock. Then instead of showing me final pricing, he just asked for my card and tapped it. Then I saw on his phone it was $355. I asked why it went up and he said it was taxes and service fees. It was deceiving to say one price and then later the final pricing is different without mentioning anything and not showing me before tapping the card. I should have looked elsewhere for this service.

Told me I was beautiful which set me on alert as I was alone in this lot with this young man. Asked for power. I set him up with my generator to plug in his saw. He cut the lock off. Approached me for payment told me again I was beautiful. Charged me $360!!! I only had $300 avail so he agreed to that and then asked for a tip. I was nervous so gave him $20. Glad when he left. I should have done that differently, had a friend with me or something and I should have gotten a price. $360 to cut a lock is absurd. I wish I’d just gone to Home Depot to buy my own damn saw.
