However, we were told from day one and as recent as 1 month ago when we knew we’d be vacating that there would be a prorating of our monthly fee. We vacated a full 2 weeks ahead of the next scheduled payment and then we were told “ no, we don’t prorate”. So if they end up renting the unit ( which we suspect they will, since they are at full capacity according to them) then in essence that is double dipping.
