Specifically, the key did not line up the pins in the locks to allow it to turn (even with wiggling as may be needed with a new key). This was on 3 locks. To be fair, this may have been a calibration issue with the kiosk I used. The valleys were not deep enough compared to the original key. Basic brass key should be $9.99. Upcharge for designer keys - fine (but where are the Avs?) Also, don't like extra fee for 'precision finish', an accurate cut is intrinsic to the function of the key and should be standard imo, hence my pricing comment earlier. Upgraded rating from 1 star to 3 star - The quality may be hit or miss depending on the machine, but KeyMe did read the feedback and responded, so give credit where credit is due. Choice of designer key styles limited Overpriced New key did not work - I had to finish the valleys with my Dremel tool to get it working in my locks. Overall unimpressed with quality. Would not use again.
