I bought a refrigerator in early December and by early January, it was apparent I had a lemon. I was afraid I was going have a hard time getting it returned or replaced or fixed because I was outside of the 48 hours even though I had let them know about my experience. However, I was so pleasantly surprised today when first Esther then Candie came to my rescue. They listened to my problem and immediately work to find a solution. Candie called Frigidaire and explained the problem and they are coming tomorrow to pick up my refrigerator that doesn’t work. I am so impressed with this store and the customer service! I have never bought anything from Lowe’s before and I will certainly be back to buy another refrigerator that is not Frigidaire. Esther already found some options for me. Outstanding service!

There should be a minimum level of common sense if you work here and unfortunately, they hire anyone. Store manager should be fired. No customer service. Look at Candice review.
