I tried to return a product that failed only 6 months into the 5 year warranty. First visit (at Littleton) I didn't have the bits that came with my screwdriver so they couldn't give me a refund. Fair enough. Then I went to GV because it's near work, but the only manager has just left for lunch. Oh well. Things happen. I needed a working screwdriver so I bought a different one that was on sale and in stock. Then on my third trip, after being told that a refund is possible twice, the MOD says no, you'll have to call cobalt to get an RA. I tried explaining that a replacement product wouldn't do me any good at this point and that I had already been promised a refund by two different associates at two different stores. The manager would not budge. (You sold a defective product with an advertised warranty and you want me to call your vendor for you? Get real. I work retail and if I told a customer to do my job for me my manager would have words for me.) And this is all over LESS THAN THIRTY DOLLARS. I can't stress enough how helpful and polite the returns associates are, but if management is kneecapping their ability to help customers I will have to think twice about shopping at Lowe's ever again and I will certainly never return to the GV store.

Appliances keep getting delivered with some kind of damage, customer service is awful when trying to figure it out. Not to mention, the amount of times we have had to have installation people come out because Lowes in Greenwood Village doesn't communicate well. The appliance manager does her best to help, but a lot of the female employees that answer the phone are unbelievably rude and couldn't care any less to help the situation...OR in our case MULTIPLE situations. I was also on hold to speak with a manager for over 25 mins., then never got to speak to someone anyway. Still waiting.....

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
