    I am adding a review because I have never experienced such outstanding customer service anywhere before! I bought a refrigerator in early December and by early January, it was apparent I had a lemon. I was afraid I was going have a hard time getting it returned or replaced or fixed because I was outside of the 48 hours even though I had let them know about my experience. However, I was so pleasantly surprised today when first Esther then Candie came to my rescue. They listened to my problem and immediately work to find a solution. Candie called Frigidaire and explained the problem and they are coming tomorrow to pick up my refrigerator that doesn’t work. I am so impressed with this store and the customer service! I have never bought anything from Lowe’s before and I will certainly be back to buy another refrigerator that is not Frigidaire. Esther already found some options for me. Outstanding service!

    Candie is one of the managers who helped me with my Appliance order on the phone. When she had to get more information, she called me back. She was responsive, helpful, and took care of my issue.     Billy who is in plumbing is extremely helpful, is very knowledgeable about building materials, knows the store very well and is very personable and appreciative of the loyalty that the majority of customers express about this Lowes store.

    Randy was fantastic. Before going to Lowes we went to 3 home depots and the kohler showroom, none of the employees at those locations were knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. Randy helped us figure out what we needed and was able to answer all of our questions. Bill the cashier was also very helpful.

    Absolutely horrific customer service. Just because you are a big company does not mean you have to have awful service. There should be a minimum level of common sense if you work here and unfortunately, they hire anyone. Store manager should be fired. No customer service. Look at Candice review. Same thing happend to me. Same awful female rude supervisor. No change was made.
