- GMGriffin MooresFeb 27, 20262.0Service took care of the pest issue quickly, but they get you with an annual contract and I had a $190 cancellation fee after the problem was resolved and we no longer needed monthly checks/sprays. Customer support is difficult to navigate, multiple call centers that bonce you between departments.

Although, I've had the same guy for the last 2 visits which is nice. Today I went into my bathroom, I found that my interior windows frames and shades were excessively sprayed and left moisture everywhere which could cause damage. I was extremely disappointed when I saw this. Which I had to go through and wipe them all down. I can also say that this company does well with communication and photos of the sprayed areas on the outside of the home. Which I do like very much. They are also reasonably priced. One more thing, I don't like at times they use the customers water to fill up their tanks or park in front of your driveway. I still think overall if they work with their techs on these issues, I believe they would get a 5 star review everytime.
