  AP Pest Control is outstanding. Their team is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and truly solution-oriented. They took the time to explain everything clearly and addressed the issue quickly and effectively. They were also very timely and professional throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend them highly enough—excellent service all around!

  Jacob sold me on how Aptive could keep away the wasps vs. the company that I use now. He also helped me take down my 3 porch lamps glass since he was going to get rid of the webs off them and I asked After 6 years, I was able to clean the glass. He helped put the glass back and put the lamps back together. He went the extra mile for this old lady! Thank you!

  Their door to door sales approach is predatory for seniors. My elderly mom signed a contract with them and never received a copy of that contract. I contacted them multiple times to get them to send the contract and it never came through email. When trying to cancel, they never answered their phone. We had to cancel her card to stop them from charging.

  Terrible service. I was home when the service technician showed up. I dont know what he haphazardly sprayed on my house. However, he didn't spray the eves or the back of the house. I told him that he needed to spray the eves on my house well for wasps and set wasp traps. He said he would do it. Got in his truck and drove off. I called him while he was driving off. He didn't answer the phone nor call me back. I then called Aptive to complain. They claimed they would send another tech before 5:00 p.m. No one showed up or called. Very unhappy. What am I paying for?

  I’ve had an amazing experience with Aptive! They always show up on time, communicate clearly, and keep me informed every step of the way. I really appreciate that they send photos after each service so I can see exactly what was completed. Any time I’ve had questions, their team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Their level of professionalism and consistency really stands out. Thanks to them, we were finally able to get rid of a really persistent pest issue that we couldn’t handle on our own. I’m extremely grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and thorough pest control services. Be mindful this is a yearly subscription but totally worth a piece of mind for the price.
