We bought a 5 inch box springs, which ended up making the bed too tall for her. I called last week,11/4, to see how we could get her a shorter box springs. The process took 5 mins, the box spring was exchanged with no additional cost and the delivery team was fast and efficient. Both times they brought deliveries into the assisted living facility they were professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Definitely recommended this location to anyone wanting an enjoyable experience with a great Colorado based company.
