We spent about 2–3 hours in the store, and not once did we feel rushed. Our first choice was a floor model that was an unbeatable deal. It arrived on time, in perfect condition, but after about three weeks, we realized the mattress just didn’t meet our needs. Thanks to the warranty, we returned to the store, and Brandon provided the exact same level of exceptional service during the exchange. He once again walked us through several options, let us test them thoroughly, and made sure we left with a mattress we truly love. We also purchased two pillows during our first visit, and when one started causing neck pain, Brandon helped us exchange it under warranty without any hassle.
