    Rude, obnoxious staff at the Returns isle. People cut the line if they're friends with the staff. I was a PRO member until today. Not anymore. You just lost $150k in annual business from us.

    I have spent nearly 10k with this store in 5 years and the service is worst than the competition. Have had nothing but issues with the major appliances I have bought and now for the third time in 2 years my fridge is on the Fritz again not sure if it’s because the manufacturers make things disposable these days but to get through to anyone to get a repair claim started is impossible. Try it on line and they deny it even though I bought the 5 years protection plan. They need humans answering the phones again not this AI crap!

    Curious. Does it always take 4 days to fill a pick-up order? As a LowesPro card holder, I had not expected such a delay. Please advise because I don't wish to repeat the experience.

    I called Lowe's and spoke to a guy in blinds and asked if I can special order and extra long faux wood blind, knowing they dont carry it in stock. He looked for a min and said there's nothing that comes that big and cant help and ended our conversation. No help, no thinking out of the box, no suggestions. BUT...5 STARS TO HALEIGH THAT HAS ALWAYS HELPED ME WITH FLOORING, BLINDS, SUGGESTIONS THAT RESOLVED ISSUES THAT LOWES COULDN'T PROVIDE IN THE STORE. I called back 5 minutes later to blinds and a lady answered for blinds this time, before she knew who I was, she already suggested a way to have my 2" faux wood or real wood blind in the length I was inquiring. I asked whi she was and it was HALEIGH! I told who I was and explained how grateful I am to have her and sad she will be leaving LOWE'S. Not ONE associate can think outside the box and actually work to find what I want, need and build a better price when I buy bulk. Well, I bought that blind with confidence. It was a bit more than because its 1 blind but its what I wanted and I would NOT have purchased anything if it wasn't for her coming up with what would help me. The guy didn't try at ALL or look to see if a larger blind is recommended to be split or even another material. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. SAME IN FLOOR. I got a lady that suggested a horrible color after I told her I dont like gray amd want a light wood. She didn't try to help find me a color, build me a quote or come up with an alternative. She just kept pushing her name and email to get the sale. Heliegh...yet again did all that for me!
