    Delivery has been pushed 3 times for 3 weeks now. Hopefully Home Depot can deliver on time. Absolutely insane you offer a service you cannot provide oh and yes I was charged delivery fees

    I ordered 2 exterior doors. It was a special order I guess.Nothing special about the doors I ordered off their website. After I paid I found out it would take 6 weeks. Then when it came time to ship they refunded my money and I had to pay again for the doors and wait an extra week to get my doors. Save yourself a headache and go to Home Depot. Oh and for all the time and frustration I had to waste getting this figured out and fixed and to wait an extra week, was a big fat zero from Lowes. Save yourself the full on migrain and shop with another supplier. For me that is Home Depot. Several people here in the small town I live ( 1 hour and 45 minutes one way) to get to the only Lowes close to our town has had similar experiences and one of them more than once. We are all done with Lowes!

    I will never do business with Lowe’s again. Ordered an upright freezer and had it delivered and the door had minor dent and scratches. The gave me a discount which I accepted. When I plugged it in it made a noise like the fan was bad or hitting something. They said they would send someone out to fix it. The 2 individuals barely spoke English and were hard to talk to. I asked if they were going to fix it multiple times and they said yes but ended up hauling it off and they had someone on the phone tell me they would exchange it. When they called back they said they would have to fefund my card and I would have to order it again. That is ridiculous. I will buy everything I need from Home Depot in the future.

    We had the best experience at our local Lowe’s over the weekend. There was a pair of electric pruners that hadn’t been restocked in a while, and Parker and Cohen were very patient and helpful. They helped us over several hours and helped us get the pruners we wanted. Thank you, Parker and Cohen, for helping us and being so patient with us!
