My complaint is not with Lowes, it is with GE Profile appliances! We purchased high-end appliances, all GE Profile, and they have been a nightmare!!! The Refrigerator model # PVD28BYNHFS has not worked properly from day - 1. When you close the freezer drawer it BLASTS (PUKES, DISGORGES) water all over the floor from the ice dispenser. They have worked on it twice with no resolution. The dishwasher tub leaks from a seal in the bottom and did 20 k worth of damage to our hardwood floor. It is model # PDT755SYV1FS. These are new, warrantied products that have serious problems. Avoid them like the plague.

Pretty crappy store management sucks when brought to the counter they offer bulk discounts but do not stock bulk amounts so when you have to buy two different types, they do not give you the discount. Sounds like a pretty shitty way to do business.

Need to load some cement bags at the busy pro side of the store. Forklift driver brought the whole stack to the back of my truck and another employee helped load. Awesome timesaver for me. Much appreciated, felt sorry for the forklift driver because he had a Miami dolphins hat in and they suck :)

One of the worst stores to ever get any appliances from we got a brand new washer that they installed come to find out incorrectly and then it was completely put off when we called they just didn't put our order in to get it fixed and once it was fixed they fix it wrong again our brand new washer is already had internal damage to a guaranteed definitely a waste of $700 customer service was horrible they wanted to offer me a $20 online discount on something I buy as my inconvenience fee for it once I had to you know make a claim for the thousands of dollars worth of clothes they destroyed in this process I highly recommend any and everybody to go to Home Depot or ANYWHERE ELSE!!! O AND THEY HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO INSTALL TO PUT BLAME OFF TO AVOID HAVING TO ACTUALLY FIX THEIR PROBLEMS

Not a good place to make big purchases. Bought our floor there, basically didn't have many options with people the would lay flooring on slab. So we worked with the flooring department and They were great, but then the problems started. The company they go through to do the installs is Kluge Bros in Commerce City. Their installer showed up and stated they couldn't install the floor, because it wasn't leveled correctly. So they stated they could level it but it would cost us $1,000.00 for them to do the work. We had been on the concrete floors for over 3 months, so we felt we had no choice. They took less then 3 hours and left. Came back the next day and started laying the floor. There was a huge scratch where they moved the refrigerator and another piece that had curled on the end. They didn't finish and of the thresholds and I pointed out a piece that was missing. I called Lowes and they had the Flooring company call me. The same person came out and fixed the one plank and the other scratch. When he left we didn't notice another scratch because the light wasn't on it when we looked. He said he would fix it. Then the appliances were delivered and I told them to be careful of the flooring. They left and with the light on, they left many scratches in front of the refrigerator and the stove. Again I called lowes and the sent me to the insurance company for the flooring. They wanted 3 bids for the repair. I tried to get 3 companies out but no one would touch it. So, I called a manager at the store numerous times and finally got one to respond. She called the company they use for the appliances and I was told to call Steve the owner. So I did and he asked me if I had a person that could do the work and I told him the company that lowes uses was in the house, so they talked and agreed to a price to repair the floor. At this point no one told me I needed to go back to the Flooring company that had the contract with Lowes. So no one will fix this mess, and Kluge Bros stated that since I went out on my own (which I didn't, I did what the manager told me to do) I wasn't under warranty. So I have to pay for the repairs. I sent an email to Steven Markert, manager with the proof that Grand Valley Delivery, LLC (which is the company that does the appliances for Lowes) paid for the repair of the floor. Unfortunately the company that works for the contracted company Lowes uses, didn't complete the job.
So, we spent $25000.00 on our flooring and it still has the damaged that was done, and we are told we are not in their warranty, because we didn't use the company that had the contract with Lowes.
Lesson: We just moved here Jan, I guess we should have looked harder for a company that would respect that we were the customer, didn't receive training as to how to know what to do when we were purchasing items from Lowes. Shame on us!
Don't make the same mistake we did. By the way, the company that worked for Kluge Bros quit! Speaks volumes
