The staff knew all the info we needed to buy the right item that we were looking for. I didn't give 5 stars because I am still waiting on my item and my review is based on my interaction with Furniture Row staff and I'm hoping my massage chair will be exactly what we need. But I do feel that the staff here will do all they can to accommodate any situations that may arise. Thank you and we will be back to buy other items. Customer Service is still the best way to win over customers.

After getting some direction from one of their sales staff, contacted the manufacturer and received replacement parts under warranty. The mechanisms that were sent had an upgrade and I couldn't figure out how to reassemble the recliner. I went by Furniture Row and asked one of their sales reps if I could look under one of their recliners to see how the unit was assembled, they were happy to help and I was able to get some pictures and reassble my recliner afterwards. Great customer service, I'll do business with them when I need some new furniture!
