- CDConnie DottererOct 30, 20251.0My parents bought a Purple Mattress from Denver Mattress in May of 2024. It has a dip in my father cannot sleep in this bed for over 2 hours. They rest of the night he sleeps in a recliner and this has been since the summer. When they went in they picked another Purple Mattress but a firmer versions so that it will hopefully hold up better. Purple has a 10 year Warranty on dips and these pictures are how Purple decides whether or not the Mattress has a defect. The management at this store told me to take a picture with nothing on the bed and it has to show a 1 inch dip with nothing on it. I would love to find the person who weighs nothing. A own a Purple Mattress and so do all of my children. I tell everyone how wonderful Purple is but you will be much better off purchasing directly from Purple online. They will take care of you.
