The technician called me and he was also rude. He said it was gonna be $80 if he’s able to pick. He took 40 minutes to arrive, then he said it was a big door and he would need to pump it, and that was gonna be $150 not $80, I said ok, he was saying that it was a big door. I ended up paying $329 , because he used 2 air bags, and $29 of a “call service” he forced my signature on the receipt. He never explained that I would need to pay $150 for each bag he uses, or that there was a call service fee, I had no other choice than to use my credit card and pay, I feel like he took advantage of my situation ,I was at a lookout mountain, by myself at night and I waited for 2 hours in the cold. I had no other choice. They DAMAGED my door, now cold and water gets in. Terrible service I would NOT recommend them.
