He came out and did a thorough assessment of our refrigerator, quickly got the light working again, and took the time to walk me through the equipment so I better understood how everything functions. He was fair, knowledgeable, and very kind, and his communication throughout the visit was excellent. I really appreciated the time he took to explain things and make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend.

He diagnosed the issue I had with my Wolf range / oven in about 10 minutes. He had made sure he had a new replacement part for the suspected issue. He completed the repair in short order. He then asked me if I had any questions, which I did. He knew the answers to the questions I had, and was a true professional.
