    Cyra was awesome! She helped me with my questions and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She went above and beyond! Justin also helped load up my truck and he was efficient and friendly. Overall, I had a great experience!

    Seems like the store could offer store credit for a return from the day before without receipt. Don’t need people to recite the policy. Just wishing to exchange 20 dollars in product on a $400 purchase. Customer service seems not interested in our feedback. Not helpful I will drive to Home Depot going forward. Actually it turns out she had the reciept. Would not let her do an exchange! Ridiculous!!

    ⭐ 1 Star (if I could give zero, I would) We ordered a dishwasher from Lowe’s over a week ago for delivery and installation. It has been an absolute nightmare. The installation department can’t get in touch with the installers and it’s been three days of this with no progress. I tried calling the store directly for over two hours and not one person answered. So I finally drove down there and have now been waiting over 30 minutes. Employees are walking around saying they can’t help and to go to appliances. When I get to appliances, the phone is ringing off the hook and no one answers it. I just want to schedule a delivery and we will have our handyman install the dishwasher. When someone finally did stop to help, they disappeared to move another customer’s dishwasher to their car. Why do three employees need to move one dishwasher on a dolly while customers are left standing there waiting for help? Update: it’s been over an hour. Still no help. One guy said “I’ll be right with you,” then spent over 30 minutes explaining warranties to a couple for a vacuum. They ended up not buying. I cancelled our order. The employee never came back. WORST STORE EVER. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS LOCATION.

    Very unorganized, never have the items they say they have available online in the store. If you can find someone to help they don't usually have an answer and don't really care. If we had other options we would not go back. Very Very disappointed
