    Very bad experience with refrigerator purchase and delivery. We were given incorrect information from the supervisor of the appliance department. When we tried to clarify delivery via phone, she hung up. The manager was rude and did not seem to care that we made special trip snd waited all day for a delivery that they had cancelled and did not tell us. I will never buy another appliance from this store.

    *updated to 5 stars* Went into Glenwood Lowe’s to resolve a delivery issue, fully expecting to cancel the order after taking multiple days off work for a delivery that never came. Colin was kind, validated my experience, and took responsibility for Lowe’s mistake, which gives me some hope for the Glenwood store. Five stars for Colin; Updated to give five stars for Molly for following up and finally getting my appliance. Grateful for the professionalism and acknowledgment of the issue especially after other interactions were not great. Huge thank you to Colin & Molly, the two guys who helped me load the appliance, and the service desk employees because kindness goes a long way in someone’s day.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with the wall oven I purchased from the Glenwood Springs Lowe’s has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I have spent over 50 hours on the phone trying to get this installation issue resolved. The installer they contracted—CRST—left the oven sitting directly on the power cable, not flush with the cabinet, and clearly unsafe. And the door of the oven when opening hits and has cracked my counter. We have photos documenting everything. Lowe’s sent the installer back out, but he refused to fix the problem. When I asked why he was even there if he wasn’t going to address the issue, so I escorted him out of my house. Completely unprofessional. Months later, I’m still waiting—essentially for hell to freeze over—for anyone to take responsibility or provide a real solution. No follow‑through, no accountability, no urgency. No oven for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or new years. Shame on the Glenwood Springs Lowe’s. I hold the store manager, Ian, fully responsible for allowing this situation to drag on and for failing to ensure basic customer service and safe installation practices. CRST, the installer they use, is an absolute joke. I will never purchase another appliance from Lowe’s Run — don’t walk — away from Lowe’s Glenwood Springs. My experience with this store has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. A simple wall oven purchase turned into weeks of delays, broken promises, no‑show installers, and complete lack of communication. The installation was botched so badly that my brand‑new oven was damaged, and despite multiple calls and follow‑ups, no one from the store — including management — took responsibility or even bothered to call back. CRST failed to show up repeatedly, Lowe’s offered no accountability, and the customer service has been nonexistent. After spending countless hours trying to get this resolved, I still have a damaged appliance and no meaningful support from the store that sold it to me. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and the stress. I will never shop at the Glenwood Springs Lowe’s again. If you value communication, accountability, or basic customer service, avoid the Lowe’s in Glenwood Springs. After a botched wall‑oven installation that left my home damaged and unsafe, I did everything a reasonable customer should do: documented the issue, contacted the store, reached out to corporate, and even involved my credit card company. And then Lowe’s simply stopped responding. No call from the store manager. No follow‑up. No reimbursement for the installation they mishandled. Not even a small gesture of goodwill. Just silence. It’s unbelievable that a major retailer can cause damage, acknowledge the issue, and then completely ghost the customer once the work is finally corrected by someone competent. After this experience, I have zero confidence in this store’s leadership or their commitment to standing behind their services. I will not be returning to Lowe’s Glenwood Springs, and I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting them with any installation in their home.
