    Went into Glenwood Lowe’s to resolve a delivery issue, fully expecting to cancel the order after taking multiple days off work for a delivery that never came. Colin was kind, validated my experience, and took responsibility for Lowe’s mistake, which gives me some hope for the Glenwood store. Five stars for Colin; four stars overall since I’m still waiting on the delivery. Grateful for his professionalism and acknowledgment of the issue especially after other interactions the blame was placed on me. Huge thank you to Colin because kindness goes a long way in someone’s day.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with the wall oven I purchased from the Glenwood Springs Lowe’s has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I have spent over 50 hours on the phone trying to get this installation issue resolved. The installer they contracted—CRST—left the oven sitting directly on the power cable, not flush with the cabinet, and clearly unsafe. And the door of the oven when opening hits and has cracked my counter. We have photos documenting everything. Lowe’s sent the installer back out, but he refused to fix the problem. When I asked why he was even there if he wasn’t going to address the issue, so I escorted him out of my house. Completely unprofessional. Months later, I’m still waiting—essentially for hell to freeze over—for anyone to take responsibility or provide a real solution. No follow‑through, no accountability, no urgency. No oven for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or new years. Shame on the Glenwood Springs Lowe’s. I hold the store manager, Ian, fully responsible for allowing this situation to drag on and for failing to ensure basic customer service and safe installation practices. CRST, the installer they use, is an absolute joke. I will never purchase another appliance from Lowe’s
