  We went in looking for a leather sofa and initially had an excellent in-store experience. Jesus, the Assistant Store Manager, was very friendly and professional. Upon completing our purchase, he eagerly asked us to submit a review on their site, which we were happy to do at the time. Unfortunately, the experience changed after delivery. The couch arrived two weeks later missing the base feet. We have called numerous times and even stopped back in the store for an update, only to be told, “I will let you know when they arrive.” It has now been over two months with no updates or follow-up. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. It’s hard to understand why something as simple as sending replacement base feet has taken this long. At this point, it looks like we may have to build our own. Due to this experience and the lack of follow-through, we would not give them our business again.

  We were helped by the manager Cheyenne. She had great customer service, she was friendly and quickly helped us with any questions and with checking us out for our purchase!
